VISP: Stands for "Virtual Internet Service Provider". Basically there are two types of Internet Provider these days. There is the traditional ISP who has to setup all his own equipment, data lines, building, employees and spend thousands of dollars to just provide access in one city. Then there is the VISP who does it virtually and, well, MUCH smarter. The VISP does not need any of the above headaches.
